Still need a Mother’s Day gift for those special mom’s in your life? Here is a cute little gift that only took about an hour to make. It may take longer if you plan on doing it with the kiddo’s or need to bake the brownies.

First, I made some boxes using scrap booking paper that I had. I found a great tutorial here:

To make the chocolate covered strawberries, melt milk chocolate in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds until completely melted. Dip strawberries into melted chocolate and place on a pan lined with wax paper. Then melt some pink candy melts and lightly drizzle on top of the chocolate strawberries. Let the strawberries harden. Now use a tiny biscuit cutter to cut out the brownies and place into mini cupcake wrappers. Line boxes with a large cupcake wrapper and place two chocolate covered strawberries and two brownies in each box. Put top on boxes and tie with a matching ribbon. Now you are finished!
